Please be sure to contact our Technical Support before requesting a return authorisation number (RSN).
You can then complete the form for requesting a return number and send it to the above e-mail address together with any other relevant documents describing the fault. We will then process your enquiry and send you a returns number. Only then can you send us your devices.
Please note that your return number will be created manually. This can take up to one working day. Provided that all the necessary information is available.
